  1. Protecting the privacy of our Clients is our responsibility. We ensure that our actions comply with data protection regulations, particularly with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of May 4, 2016, p. 1).   2. The Administrator of personal data collected via the website https://winnicaruczaj.pl/ is REZYDENCJE ANIN SP. Z O.O. based in Warsaw (02-604) at Olkuska Street 7, KRS: 0000373512, NIP: 5272644211, contact@winnicaruczaj.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller,” who is also the Service Provider.

  3. The personal data of the Service User is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Official Journal No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002 (Official Journal No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

  4. The Controller takes particular care to protect the interests of individuals whose data is processed, ensuring that the collected data is:

    • processed lawfully,

    • collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,

    • factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, and stored in a form that allows identification of the data subjects, for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

  1. Personal data of Service Users collected by the Controller are used for:

    • contacting the Service User (client)

  2. The Controller processes the following personal data of Service Users:

    • First and last name,

    • Email address,

    • Phone number,

  3. The Data Controller may also process the following data characterizing the way the Service User uses the services provided electronically (operational data):

    • Identifying marks of the telecommunications terminal or IT system used by the Service User.

    • Information about the start, end, and scope of each instance of the Service User’s use of the electronically provided service.

    • Information about the Service User’s use of the services provided electronically.

  4. Providing the personal data mentioned in point 2 is necessary for the Service Provider to deliver electronic services through the website.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

  1. Using the website and entering into contracts for the provision of services electronically through it, which requires the provision of personal data, is completely voluntary. The person whose data is being processed independently decides whether they want to start using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

  2. According to Article 23 of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Official Journal No. 133, item 883, as amended), the processing of data is permissible, among other cases, when:

    • the person whose data is being processed gives consent, unless it pertains to the deletion of their data,

    • it is necessary for the performance of a contract when the person whose data is being processed is a party to it or when it is necessary to take actions before entering into a contract at the request of the person whose data is being processed.

  3. The processing of personal data by the Data Controller is always carried out within the framework of the bases for lawful processing mentioned in point 2. The processing of data will be related to the execution of a contract or the necessity of taking actions before entering into a contract at the request of the person whose data is being processed (point 2 letter b).

RIGHT TO ACCESS THE CONTENT OF YOUR DATA AND TO CORRECT IT

  1. The Service User has the right to access their personal data and to correct it.
  2. Every individual has the right to control the processing of their data contained in the Data Controller’s database, especially the right to request the completion, updating, or correction of personal data, as well as the temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue, collected in violation of the law, or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

  1. The Service Provider’s website uses cookies. Not changing the browser settings by the Service User is tantamount to consenting to their use.

The Controller shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular to protect the data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, against their appropriation by an unauthorized person, against their processing in violation of the applicable regulations, and against their alteration, loss, damage or destruction.

  2. The Service Provider provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data transmitted electronically.

  3. We reserve the right to change the Privacy Policy by publishing a new version on the website https://winnicaruczaj.pl/.
