The personal data of the Service User is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Official Journal No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means of July 18, 2002 (Official Journal No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Using the website and entering into contracts for the provision of services electronically through it, which requires the provision of personal data, is completely voluntary. The person whose data is being processed independently decides whether they want to start using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

According to Article 23 of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Official Journal No. 133, item 883, as amended), the processing of data is permissible, among other cases, when:

it is necessary for the performance of a contract when the person whose data is being processed is a party to it or when it is necessary to take actions before entering into a contract at the request of the person whose data is being processed.

The processing of personal data by the Data Controller is always carried out within the framework of the bases for lawful processing mentioned in point 2. The processing of data will be related to the execution of a contract or the necessity of taking actions before entering into a contract at the request of the person whose data is being processed (point 2 letter b).
RIGHT TO ACCESS THE CONTENT OF YOUR DATA AND TO CORRECT IT
- The Service User has the right to access their personal data and to correct it.
- Every individual has the right to control the processing of their data contained in the Data Controller’s database, especially the right to request the completion, updating, or correction of personal data, as well as the temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue, collected in violation of the law, or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The Controller shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular to protect the data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, against their appropriation by an unauthorized person, against their processing in violation of the applicable regulations, and against their alteration, loss, damage or destruction.

The Service Provider provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data transmitted electronically.
